We charge $600 to form a Texas LLC which includes your articles of incorporation, Tax ID # and all the documents you need to get started and open a bank account. Once we confirm your business name is available we will invoice the client and submit paper work to Texas Secretary of State. This is $200 cheaper then Legal Zoom for the exact same services and $600 cheaper then most attorneys charge.
